  • Granite Specialists of Knoxville were so wonderful to work with for our Pigeon Forge cabin upgrade. We live 9 hours away from our property. We had picked a granite slab while we were in town, prior to having the kitchen measured. It turned out the slab was too small for our space. Stephen figured out what we liked about that slab, went to the supplier and sent many photos of other options to help us find one that fit the look we were going for. When they said they were going to come to measure, template and install, they showed up exactly when they said they would. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result.   • We just purchased out first house and we planed to remodel out kitchen. For our project we wanted so bad to have an island with a waterfall countertop. We were so lucky to find this small firm. They had exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price and they promised to finish in 2 weeks which is exactly what happened.   • Stephen is one of those special people you don't meet too often these days - especially contractors (unfortunately - or at least has been my experience) - meaning, he does what he says and he clearly cares about the quality of the work he does. He explains things clearly, is very responsive and just a pleasant person to talk to. It's clear as day he is passionate about countertops and could probably write a book on installing them. We had a smaller job for him and it didn't stop him from taking his time and going above and beyond what I had hoped he would do for us (without me having to ask about any of it at all). So if you are someone who cares about the smaller details (I am fairly OCD) - I can confidently say he will not leave you upset, and if you aren't happy with something I can only guess based on my time with him that he will do literally whatever it takes to make sure you are pleased with what you are getting. Needless to say when we need another countertop we will be using Stephen even if I have to track him down like Liam Neeson and fly him back out to the area or something LOL. Thank you for everything Stephen and crew (my memory is terrible but both of them were equally as great as Stephen)! Please never let the world / poor customers dull your shine.
